Meeting with DGM IT reg… CDR PROBLEMS

DS along with President Com.Ranganayakulu, Organising Secretary Com.Ramesh and Com Tirumalesh met DGM IT- Sri SANNADEVEGOWDA and discussed in detail -regarding problems faced by Field Executives after implementation of CDR in BGTD.
DGM IT has accepted that definitely there are problems in field, these will be there for some more time. He said, lot of initiations and arrangements are done to inter act with field Executives to counter act. He said that,
* Maximum faulty dockets are getting cleared step by step,
* The System will improve fast,
* Network connectivity - N0 problems,
* Land line Re-connection are moving,
* BB Re-connections are also going to be attended fast,
* Pending New lines booked will also started clearing,
* Co-ordination teams are attached to Area Managers,
* Payments are Received and Receipts are issued,
The Working Lines, now after CDR is around 7 LAKHS.
He rememberd the Field Executives Interest and immediate action and co-operation shown on CDR implementation

Meeting with DGM HR/ADMN…. Reg..POSTINGS OF SDEs

The District Secretary along with President Com. Ranganayakulu, met DGM HR ADMN and expressed our concern about requests of some Executives not considered while issuing posting orders to them. Also we told that Local Requests of Executives are also not considered.
DGM HR/ADMIN assured that, he will look into the matter and assured that Local request Order will also issued SHORTLY.
The Field/Area DGMs also expressed that, they have not been consulted for their requirement.

District Secretary has requested BGTD Administration for considering the request of all Incoming Executives while issuing Postings.
We also requested and reminded the Administration to consider RURAL to URBAN and WITHIN URBAN as followed earlier

MEETING WITH PGM BGTD
April 16, 2012
DS BGTD ATTENDED THE ” THE 121ST BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF BHARATH RATNA DR. BABASAHEB AMBEDAKAR CELEBRATION FUNCTION’ ARRANGED BY BGTD ADMINISTRATION ON 14-04-2012.
COM S B NAGAVI CS KTK ATTENDED THE FUNCTION. COM BALKRISHNA AITHAL AS KTK, COM. RAMESH ORG SEC AND COM NAGARAJ BS RT NAGAR ALSO PRESENT IN THE FUNCTION.
AFTER THE FUNCTION CS KTK AND DS BGTD ALONG WITH SAME TEAM MET PGM BGTD AND DISCUSSED REGARDING ITS ABSOPTION AND BGTD AGENDA MEETING.
PGM BGTD ASSURED NEXT WEEK THE MEETING DATE AND TIME WILL BE GIVEN FOR OUR BGTD AGENDA DISCUSSION.
Meeting with D GM HR/ADMIN BGTD
April 10, 2012
DS BGTD and President BGTD along with Com Balakrishna Aithal AS KTK met DGM HR/ADMIN and discussed regarding LONG STAY TRANSFERS AND POSTINGS and insisted for arranging Pending CR’s for TIME BOUND UPGRADATION.
Also requested to consider all pending Rural / Urban request transfers.
